In this support article, we will guide you through the powerful admin tools designed specifically for our team plan clients. These tools allow you to design a unified landing page for your company or group, ensuring a standardized and professional appearance across your team members' pages. We'll cover the steps to create and manage your Company and Group pages, as well as how to control individual Team Members' pages.

Step 1: Accessing the Company Page Editor

Once you've learned how to create a personal page, the first step is to access the Company Page editor. Click on the "Company Page" button in the Landing Page editor. Here, you'll have full control over your Company's Landing Page, which will be applied to all of your team members.

Step 2: Customizing the Company Page

With the Company Page editor open, you can begin customizing the landing page to match your company's preferences. This includes adjusting the header style, image, and color. Click on the "Header and Appearance" button to access the header design options.

Step 3: Personalizing Team Members' Information

You have control over the information your team members share on their landing pages. Start by adding links and selecting the information you want to display. You can also override certain fields, such as LinkedIn, to ensure the landing page reflects the company's profile.

Step 4 Adding Images and Text

Enhance your Company Page by adding images and text to categorize different information shared. You can easily customize the verbiage, descriptions, colors, and text colors for each button.

Step 5: Locking the Company Page

Once you are satisfied with the design, it's time to lock the Company Page to enforce a consistent appearance across all team members' pages. This ensures that your company's vision is reflected in each landing page.

Step 6: Managing Team Members' Pages

From the Team Members Pages option, you can control each team member's site individually. By unlocking the Company Page, you can edit and manage each team member's landing page separately, adding links, images, and text and rearranging elements as needed.
