5. Editing a Zap

Making edits to your Zap is easy and allows you to modify the trigger and action or even add new actions. Let's get started!

Step 1: Accessing the Zapier Integration Menu

-Go to the Integrations Menu in your Mobilo account.
-Click the "Configure" button to access your Zaps.

Step 2: Selecting the Zap to Edit

-In the Zapier window, locate the Zap you wish to edit. Your Zaps will be displayed at the top.
-Click on the Zap you want to modify.

Step 3: Editing the Trigger or Action

-To edit the Trigger, click the pencil icon located on the right-hand side of the Trigger section.
You will be prompted to choose whether you want to edit the existing item or replace it.
-Make the necessary changes to the Trigger settings.
-To edit the Action, click the pencil icon located on the right-hand side of the Action section.
Again, choose whether to edit or replace the existing item.
-Navigate through the tabs and make any desired changes to the App, event, account, or email details.

Step 4: Reviewing Zap Setup (Optional)

If you feel confused or need a refresher, you can refer back to the previous videos or support articles and follow the steps as if you were creating a new Zap. Alternatively, if you prefer to start fresh, close the Zapier window and begin again.

Step 5: Adding Additional Actions (Optional)

-To add more actions to your Zap, click the plus sign between the Trigger and Action sections or after the Action section.
-Choose the desired App and event for the additional action.
-Configure the details of the new action, such as creating a calendar event in Google Calendar.
-Sign in to your Google Calendar account and define the relevant event details.

Step 6: Testing and Publishing the Edited Zap

-Test the new or modified action by clicking the "Test Action" button.
-Review the results and ensure everything looks as expected.
-Click the "Publish" button to make the edited Zap live and active.
