First, check our compatibility list to verify if your device is NFC compatible.
Make sure that the phone is unlocked before tapping, and to tap your card on the back center of the phone. For metal cards, please make sure you tap the card with the QR code facing the phone. We recommend holding the tap for at least 2 seconds for metal cards.
*With Androids you should either be prompted to download the vcf file, which is your contact card, or it has downloaded automatically. After the download, you will need to open up your downloads folder to open the file.
