Mobilo cards work with a technology called Near Field Communication or NFC. It's the same tech used for contactless payments!

Our cards have a chip that sends a signal to phones to receive your contact information. To ensure you're set up for success here are a few thing to take into account:

• NFC is always enabled for iOS devices and can't be turned off.
• Android devices have the option enable and disable the NFC feature.
• If you're unsure someone is NFC enabled your card has a QR code that can be used as a back up.
