5. Adding Filters For Groups

If you only want to transfer leads from a specific group, you need to add a filter to your integration. First,  pause your existing integration and click on the filter icon on the Step 1.


Next, click the ‘Add Condition’ button. From the dropdown list, select ‘Department ID’ as the first value, and then select ‘Equals to’ as the condition. Go back to the app, and copy the corresponding group key from the ‘Zapier API Keys’ section and paste it into the ‘Value’ field.

Save the filter, start your integration again, and you're good to go. Only the leads from the specific group you selected will be transferred to your CRM or App.
