To effectively integrate Mobilo with CRMs and other apps, it's crucial to understand several key concepts:

Automation is a scripted workflow that automatically connects the leads generated with your Mobilo Cards with CRMs and other applications. It starts with an initiating event or ‘trigger’ (card tap on lead gen mode) followed by one or more ‘actions’ (e.g., create a new contact on your CRM). When activated, the automation ensures that the specified actions are executed every time the selected trigger occurs.

The Trigger is what kicks off the integration. They are associated with specific real-time events; in this case, the card tap using lead generation mode.

Action is the task the integration executes when the trigger event occurs. In this case, it could be creating a contact, an account, a record, email campaigns, etc.

Data Mapping involves choosing the data you want to transfer from Mobilo to your CRM. Integrating apps to ensure that information is accurately transferred between different systems is crucial.

APIs serve as intermediaries between different software applications, defining the rules and protocols for their communication. They dictate the methods and formats applications can use to request and exchange information.

Webhooks enable real-time communication between applications, allowing one application to send information to another based on specific events
