As an administrator, you can delete users and manage cards within the app. This step-by-step guide will walk you through removing users.
Method 1: Deletion from the User Account
If you wish to deactivate a user's account while retaining the option to reassign their card to another team member, follow these steps:
Access the Team's menu and select the user's account you want to deactivate. Click on the "Manage" button.
Scroll to the "Manage Card Section" and click "Card Admin" to the right.
Release or reassign the card as needed.
*Releasing the card will remove all the prior contact information, and that card will no longer be associated with the previous email address.
*After release, tapping the card or scanning the QR code will bring up a blank signup form. Add the new cardholder's email address and details there. The card will then be assigned to the new address, and a login email will be sent out to the new cardholder.
*Reassigning the card will allow you to assign the card to a new or existing account. You can input the new cardholder's details manually from the admin panel.
*After reassigning, the information from the previous cardholder will be removed from the card.

Next, scroll down to the "Account Settings" section and type "DELETE" in the provided text box.
Click the "Delete Account" button to confirm and complete the account deletion.
Method 2: Deletion from the Team Menu
To delete users from the Team Menu, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Team Menu and click the three horizontal lines next to the search bar. Select "Delete Accounts" from the dropdown menu.
A new menu will appear for you to select the users you want to delete.
Important: Be cautious when using this method, as it is irreversible. Deleting an account through this method will unassign active licenses and deactivate Mobilo cards and accessories. Please note that we do not issue refunds for deactivated Mobilo products.
