All enterprise clients who would like to reassign a card from one user to another.
Steps to Reassign:
1. Open the Mobilo Card mobile app and tap the card section in the bottom menu (it's the third icon from the right).
2. Click the gear icon
3. Select ‘reassign’.
4. Fill out the information of the person you want to assign the card to.
5. Switch the setting for "send user login instructions" on/off if you want this person to receive an email with access to their own account.
6. Switch the setting for "add user to admin panel" on/off if you want to continue to manage this card through your account.
7. Click reassign.
