Make sure that the phone is lit up before tapping, and to tap your card on the top of the phone with the QR code facing down.
*We recommend holding the tap for at least 2 second for metal cards.
*For iPhones, Safari downloads and opens the vcard right away, however, Chrome and other browsers require the user to manually click download and then open the file to save the contact information.
