How to reset your password for the Mobile App

Once you complete the design process and your card is produced, you should receive the login instructions for our Mobile App. If you did not receive these instructions by email, please check your spam filter. In any case, you can reset the password by following these instructions:

1. Download the Mobilo Card mobile app from the Apple Store or Google play store. You can also visit our web portal at: https://app.mobilocard.com/#/


3. Click on the 'reset my password' option.

4. Fill in your email address.

5. Click on reset:
