Our widget is a very useful tool to have your QR code always available in your phone’s home screen. However, there may be some steps you need to follow to make sure it will work properly.
1. Make sure the Mobilo app is updated.
2. Make sure your phone is running the latest update.
3. Make sure you are logged into the app using the correct email address.
4. Remove the widget.
5. Close the app: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330
6. Open the app and add the widget back.
