Card Production:

Depending on the card material you have ordered, our production times vary. Find below the approximate turnarounds for card printing and engraving.

• Custom Plastic cards: Thermo-printed, 24 to 48 hours. 
• Wood cards: Laser-engraved, 5 to 7 business days. 
• Metal cards: Laser-engraved, 1 to 2 weeks.

Friendly reminder that card production starts after you have approved your design.

Delivery Times:

Once the cards have been produced, they’re shipped to their final destination. See below the estimated time for deliveries all around the world. Yes, we ship worldwide!

• USA: 5-7 business days
• Canada: 10-15 business days
• Central/South America: 5-15 business days
• The Caribbean: 5-15 business days

• Asia: 2-3 weeks
• Middle East: 2-3 weeks

• Europe: 5-7 business days. Wood and Metal cards can take up to 2 weeks.
• The Netherlands: 1-2 business days. Wood and Metal cards can take up to 2 weeks.

• Australia: 5-6 business days. 
• New Zealand: 12-15 business days.

*The delivery time depends entirely on the carrier. Some delays may be present due to weather conditions, internal national situations, and unforeseen circumstances.

*International purchases are subject to taxes that are not included at the moment of the purchase, so you may be contacted by the carrier to clear customs.
