As one of Mobilo's effort to make products sustainable, our cards can be reassigned to different cardholders without the need to produce more. You may receive a card that once belonged to somebody else. If after tapping or scanning your QR code, you see the following sign up form, it means that this is the case.
No worries! In this article we'll show you how to assign it to yourself.
Add the cardholder's email address and details in the form. Once you have finished, hit on submit. The card will then be assigned to the new email address and a login email will be sent out to the new cardholder. Please bear in mind the email address you enter will be the username to log into the Mobilo App and web portal app.mobilocard.com.
