Once you complete the design process and your card is produced, you should receive the login instructions for our Mobile App. If you did not receive these instructions by email, please check your spam folder. In any case, you can reset the password by following these instructions:
1. Download the Mobilo Card mobile app from the Apple Store or Google play store. You can also visit our web portal at: https://app.mobilocard.com/#/
2. Enter your email address and click Continue.
3. Click on 'Recover Password'.
4. Fill in your email address.
5. Click on 'Reset Password'.
You will get an email with a link to reset your password, follow the instructions and you should be able to access your account.
If you did not receive it, check your spam folder! If you can't find it there, the password reset request is likely being blocked by a firewall. Kindly check with your IT team to ensure support@mobilocard.com is whitelisted and added to the trusted contacts. Once this is done, please reset the password again.
