Follow the steps below if you are getting this error while using our Lead Generation Mode:
Visit our web portal at: https://app.mobilocard.com/#/ or download the Mobilo Card app and log in with the user name and password provided during the card configuration. If it's your first time logging in, or you can't remember your password, use the 'reset password' option.
Once you access your account, refer to the 'Profile Settings' scroll down until you find the available fields for phone numbers and select the appropriate country code.
Note: The country code button may look like a blank space. Please click on the blank space (as indicated by the red box in the screen capture above) for the drop down menu.
Make sure to hit the 'SAVE' button. Once your phone number is updated your Lead Generation form should be functional again.
