Once you submit your artwork and design instructions, our design team will create a mockup for your approval.
To review and approve the mockups, visit our order portal at https://order.mobilocard.com, and log with the email used to place the order. (if you don’t have a password please use the password reset option). Once you are logged in click on ‘CARD STATUS’.
On the next page, click on the ‘WAITING FOR APPROVAL’ or ‘DESING IN PROGRESS’ tabs, and then click on the order number.
Please make sure to review our design team's comments and upload the additional artwork and instructions if required.
To upload your artwork click on 'Employee Details & References' which will open up the upload section:
Once we receive your comments, our design team will create a new print proof and you will be alerted via email to review it.
Production will begin as soon as you approve the mockup. And, as soon as your card has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
