Instead of clicking on the 'Configuration Link' on the email you received, open an incognito/private window, and visit our order portal at order.mobilocard.com. Make sure to log in using the same email address that you used when placing your order.
*Make sure to fill out the drop-down menus in order (from top to bottom)
Once you log in, click on ‘START DESIGN’, and select your 'Card Type' depending on your order you should see custom, wood, and/or metal, select your card and accessories (if applicable) on the ‘Card Variation’ field. Lastly, on the ‘Number of Employees’ field input the number of cards you want to design and print on this submission.
Click on ‘NEXT’ and follow the steps in this article, to complete the design process.
